Change of Mind

Due to the nature of pet food products, we do not accept returns for change of mind if the product has been opened.

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery at the customer’s expense, provided they are unused and in original packaging.

Faulty or Incorrect Products

If your product is:

• Faulty

• Damaged

• Incorrect

• Unsafe

You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair under Australian Consumer Law.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos where possible.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
